The data managed by the data controller using the IT services provided by Hi-Net s.r.l., a company specifically appointed as external data processor, will be retained for 10 years.
We also wish to inform you of your right to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data, or the restriction of processing concerning you, or to object to such processing, as well as the right to data portability, in accordance with the procedures set out in Articles 15-21 of the EU Regulation. 2016/679 (GDPR).
